We are doing more and more work in the Republic of Ireland with housing providers aiming to take their tenant participation practice to the next level.

We are now recruiting senior-level associates who can help raise the standard of tenant participation and community engagement across the island of Ireland.

We are looking for experienced people with a track record of success in the fields of social housing and community development to join us on a project-by-project basis as needed.

Relevant experience includes work in:

Tenant Participation/ Tenant Engagement / Community Engagement
Methods to Gauge Tenant Experience (Mystery Shopping / Tenant-led Inspections / Customer Journey Mapping)
Training
Community Development knowledge and practice
Social Enterprise
Impact Measurement / SROI
Research (in the fields of social housing, tenant participation, community development, and social enterprise)

We believe the fundamental relationship between a social landlord and their tenant is not that of provider and consumer, but one of partners in building communities and making great places to live.
