In the spring of 2017, Supporting Communities launched a social enterprise called Empowering Communities to develop our services for housing associations and to deliver on some of the objectives in our capacity as the Independent Tenant Organisation for Northern Ireland.

We now work with housing providers throughout the island of Ireland to develop and implement bespoke tenant participation solutions that will deliver meaningful engagement and ultimately improve the organisation for everyone.

Annual Membership Fees

Fees are based on the number of units managed by the housing provider as follows:

Band 1: Up to 1,000 units        £200/yr

Band 2: 1,001-5,000 units        £700/yr

Band 3: 5,001- 10,000 units     £850/yr

Band 4: 10,001+ units              £1,500/yr
