The Housing Community Network is the key forum for tenant and community engagement in Northern Ireland.

Known in Housing Executive circles as the HCN, the network comprises over 500 community groups across Northern Ireland, as well as representative tenant involvement panels in each Housing Executive area.

The Central Housing Forum sits at the top of the HCN pyramid structure. This group of representatives has a recognised and meaningful role in the Housing Executive's monitoring and decision-making processes and influences decisions affecting tenants and communities across Northern Ireland.

Supporting Communities organises this network and acts as the secretariat for the various forums, ensuring an independent and fair record of events is kept and acted upon.
