BT’s Ballyclare exchange is closing in Autumn 2025, so all customers in the area who still use their home phone must move to a digital service as soon as possible to avoid losing their landline.
We’ll be visiting the Ballyclare area in September, where members of our team will be on hand to explain what Digital Voice is, why the change is necessary, what it means for you, and help you start your journey to a digital service.
You don’t have to pre-book, just turn up!
We’re holding a drop-in session on 17 September 2025 between 11:00-13:00 at the Ballyclare Town Hall, The Square, Ballyclare BT39 9BB.

When Mullaghmore & Castleview Community Association (MACCA) in Omagh set out to plan this year's summer scheme, they took a chance on something different. Alongside the usual trips to the cinema and play areas, children aged 5 to 14 spent a full week immersed in a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) Future Farmers programme exploring the natural world on their own doorstep. The risk paid off in a big way!
