South Down Area Groups - are you looking for money to support your Halloween and Christmas activities this year?
We’re hosting a special funding clinic to help groups in the South Down Area apply for the Housing Executive’s Community Cohesion Grant.
HCN members can book a 30-minute one-on-one funding support session with Anita Doonan, our Funding and Social Value Officer, to discuss their application and receive guidance on how to make it as strong as possible.

The funding clinic will run from 10 am - 3 pm with 30-minute slots available for individuals or groups to discuss their funding applications one-on-one with our funding officer.
When Mullaghmore & Castleview Community Association (MACCA) in Omagh set out to plan this year's summer scheme, they took a chance on something different. Alongside the usual trips to the cinema and play areas, children aged 5 to 14 spent a full week immersed in a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) Future Farmers programme exploring the natural world on their own doorstep. The risk paid off in a big way!
