Suppliers now on the Digital Training and Support Framework

We are very pleased to announce that Supporting Communities is now an approved Digital Training and Support Framework Supplier for the delivery of digital inclusion and basic digital skills training.  And we are the only NI based provider on the list!

The Digital Training and Support framework allows public sector organisations to more easily procure vital assisted digital support and digital inclusion/ engagement services in order to address digital exclusion.

Many adults in the UK still lack the digital skills to use online government services independently or to make the most of the internet more broadly. Barriers to using online services include lack of access, insufficient basic digital skills, lack of trust, and motivation to get online. Supporting Communities can help with training and support!

Formal guidance on how to use the framework will be published soon.
