Mid and East Antrim Groups! Let’s get the new financial year off to a flying start by planning and preparing for the opening of the Community Involvement Grants.
Supporting Communities and the Housing Executive are holding drop-in funding support sessions for the Mid and East Antrim area on two dates:
Tuesday 15 April 11 am - 1 pm in Twickenham House, Ballymena
Thursday 17 April 11 am - 1 pm in the Larne local office
Supporting Communities’ Funding officer, Anita, and NIHE’s Good Relations Officer, John, will be on hand to help you prepare your application for the Community Involvement Grant, which opens on 6 May 2025.
There is no need to register to drop in. Just think about what your project will look like, and we can talk you through the process of applying.
Now is the time to plan and have everything ready to go for the 6th of May!

When Mullaghmore & Castleview Community Association (MACCA) in Omagh set out to plan this year's summer scheme, they took a chance on something different. Alongside the usual trips to the cinema and play areas, children aged 5 to 14 spent a full week immersed in a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) Future Farmers programme exploring the natural world on their own doorstep. The risk paid off in a big way!
