Level 3 in the Community Capacity Building series looks at community development in a more strategic way.
Participants who successfully complete this course may be able to progress on to an Ulster University degree course if they choose even if they don’t have any other previous qualifications.

Week 1 - Induction & Develop & Nurture Your Community Group
Week 2 - Strategic Planning
Week 3 - Good Governance and Constitutional Requirements
Week 4 - Managing Charity Finances
Week 5 - Funding Applications
Week 6 - Research
Week 7 - Measuring Impact
Week 8 - Introduction to Social Enterprise
Duration: 8 weeks/sessions
Day/time: Wednesday mornings starting at 10 am
Dates: Wednesday 12th January - Wednesday 2nd March 2022
Delivery: Weekly group Zoom calls and Google Classroom. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
