The role of our Administration Team is to ensure the smooth running of the organisation by providing a wide range of services supporting staff, communities and other stakeholders.
Business Support Services include:
- Word Processing
Preparing minutes/agendas/letters/constitutions/leaflets and newsletters and other business documents.
- Community Surveys
Analysing and compiling reports based on the findings of each survey.
- Database of Mailing Lists
Input and maintain data.
- PAYE Services
We are agents for a number of community organisations providing a full payroll service which includes all returns to HMRC.
- Financial Assessments
Supporting Communities independently examine accounts for community organisations with a gross income under £100,000. This service is not available to Limited Companies.
