The role of our Administration Team is to ensure the smooth running of the organisation by providing a wide range of services supporting staff, communities and other stakeholders.

Business Support Services include:

  • Word Processing
    Preparing minutes/agendas/letters/constitutions/leaflets and newsletters and other business documents.

     
  • Community Surveys
    Analysing and compiling reports based on the findings of each survey.

     
  • Database of Mailing Lists

    nput and maintain data.

     
  • PAYE Services
    We are agents for a number of community organisations providing a full payroll service which includes all returns to HMRC. The cost of this service is £3 per employee per month.

     
  • Financial Assessments
    Supporting Communities independently examine accounts for community organisations with a gross income under £100,000.  This service is not available to Limited Companies. There is a minimum charge of £20 plus £1 per £1,000 income payable for this service.
